Now is the TIME to Embrace Your Life!
Now is the TIME to Embrace Your Life!
Time, time, time - do we have enough or too little? During these especially challenging times I’m sure, like mine your answer to this question might swing wildly between both.
Some days I don’t know where the day has gone and others it seems like I’m spinning around in the vast sameness of it all - like an eternal groundhog day.
What to do next can be a real challenge with how we’re feeling. Recently I’ve been talking with friends, colleagues and clients both current and former to see how life’s been for them. It’s clear that regardless of their general positive outlook on life they’ve too been challenged to maintain their sense of calm and well being in this world of chaos.
Some of us are starting to feel our way back into ourselves. How? We are taking inspiration where we can. I had a major surgery in early February and experienced a lot of pain. My recovery has been much longer than anticipated and certainly set my metal state back a few notches. As I’ve felt physically better I’ve been surprised at how it’s still sometimes difficult to maintain my usual positive and hopeful mindset.
If you’ve been feeling more mood swings and found it tougher to get it together as they say, I say it’s okay to feel how you feel and know it’s temporary. We all need time and inspiration from others.
As I wrote about a few weeks ago, the compilation book, Radical Self-Love is out now. I wrote 2 chapters in this little book of inspiration from eight authors.
Over the next few weeks I’m planning to feature a few excerpts to inspire you in two ways. First, you’re not alone in these times of feeling uncertain and second, to offer a few tips you might like to try for yourself.
If you’d like to know more it’s now available on Amazon. (Read below for a special offer from me).
The world needs all of us to be more compassionate and loving towards ourselves and everyone else right now. The time to take real care of ourselves is NOW so we can live our best lives and be an example of loving strength.
My Special Offer:
Order a copy and post a review on Amazon and I’ll be delighted to spend 1 hour of my time with you to talk about any love, dating, men and/or marriage issue you’d like to discuss. I’ll give you this gift at no charge. I’m particularly committed to doing this for as long as I can because I want to pay it forward for the guidance I’ve received AND you’re worth it!
I’ll help you gain some real insight as to what’s really going on and give you steps to begin a new way forward. You really CAN have the life you desire!
