My VIRTUAL HUG for You (VIDEO)
My VIRTUAL HUG for YOU !
My wish for you always is happiness and good health in love and in life, but I’m especially feeling that now. It’s surely not easy to keep our spirits high in the midst of all this turmoil.
I know I want this to end as we all do so we can return to some semblance of our normal life. If you are spending this “stay at home” time with a loved one then you are truly blessed. While there may be days of stress between you, please remember there are so many folks going through this alone.
We all want the time of Corona (and I don’t mean the beer) to be over and people who’ve been looking for their romantic partner are especially weary now.
Yesterday I was interviewed for a podcast by a lovely woman whose desire is to help us lead more blissful lives. It was a lot of fun and I hope I was able to provide useful tips for the listeners. It will be published (actually I don’t know if that’s the right word), soon but you get the idea. You’ll be able to listen to it when I receive it, so let me know if my tips are helpful. I’ll be sending it out soon.
My tips for today:
Let’s try extra hard to be kind to each other. Everyone is struggling with this situation in their own way - sometimes we’re up and sometimes it’s all too much.
Think about little projects at home you want to do, but never have the time. Time is something we all have more of now. So tackle something that will make your life easier and then celebrate yourself for getting it done. (Glass of wine, bubble bath?)
Fresh air and sunshine are great healers. I know getting outside for a walk has really helped my mood. If the weather isn’t good for outdoor activity then find a way to work out in your home. I count cleaning as working out too!
Most importantly take time every day for your gratitude practice. Make a list of things/people/situations you feel grateful for. If you’re feeling down make your gratitude list even longer - it will lift your spirits very quickly.
If you are single and alone, I encourage you to use this time to prepare for dating again and being in a relationship. I have lots of free resources on my website: You can read my past articles, watch my videos and even schedule a short complimentary call with me. I have time to talk with you.
If you’ve been thinking about signing up for my Love Coaching Program, now is the time to make that decision. Yes, it is an investment in yourself - your time and money, but you’re worth it! This can be a time of guided self-reflection and learning to put you in the driver’s seat for your love life. Women who are in my program are asked not to date for 3 months so what better time to begin than now?
I’m not running any group programs at the moment, but if you want to talk with me about forming your own group we can make that happen using Zoom. It’s fun to see each other and stay safe at home at the same time.
I wish you all the very best in love and life. Remember you can contact me anytime.
P.S. I’m going to post a video below - it’s not new, but I know you’ll enjoy it!
