Valentine’s Day Craziness or Fresh Start? 01 22 20
Yes, I’m getting a bit ahead of myself. There are actually about 3 weeks to go before Valentine’s Day. Some people look forward to this designated day to be more romantic than usual and others, not so much. I used to hate Valentine’s Day, even when I was married to my first husband.
I felt left out when he did not do anything to celebrate our love. Now I know how it feels to be loved and adored all the time. I know how it feels to be cherished and showered with affection on all special occasions. If love is missing in your life, know that it doesn’t have to be this way.
For my married readers, if your relationship is not how you want it to be, then I encourage you to have the conversations with your partner that can begin to shift things in a better direction. It only takes one person to begin a dialog for change and to take action. Yes, it takes two to change a relationship dynamic, but someone has to initiate the change.
For those who are single and want a love relationship, but are discouraged because true love seems so elusive, read on and watch this video.
The one thing I want you to think about is this:
Bringing the same attitude to any situation will give you the same results.
Today you may not know how to shift your attitude to be in a more resourceful or productive state. I can help you like I’ve helped so many other women. First you need to admit you’ve been doing the same things over and over which have not led you to your ideal partner. This doesn’t mean he’s not out there. It just means you must shift how you are approaching the process.
Imagine having that special someone to be there for you no matter what’s going on.
Imagine coming home every day to love and support – hugs and kisses.
Imagine sharing life’s ups and downs with your best friend by your side.
Imagine having someone to build a rich and satisfying life with.
Imagine being loved and adored for who you really are.
Finding this kind of love can happen for you, but is unlikely unless you really change what you’ve been doing. It doesn’t matter how many times you’ve put yourself out there and failed. Failure is just a learning experience about what you don’t want.
Isn’t it time for you to turn things around and get what you DO want?
I hope your answer is YES!!!
Let’s change these things that are standing in your way.
o What you think about men, love, dating
o Complaining about your situation
o Your commitment to self-care
o How you’re approaching dating or not
o Listening to dating advice from friends and family
o Habits of critical self-talk
o Everything you’ve been doing to find love
Let’s talk. Enough struggle. Enough time spent without your love connection.
