Impressing a Date - UNMATCHABLE Behaviors 101
Yes, of course you want to impress your date, especially a first date. Maybe that becomes even more of a goal if you are on a blind date. Yikes! They’ve never even seen you and vice versa. Wanting to impress your date can be a good thing, if you don’t go “off the rails” as they say and do something we might put in the unmatchable category.
Unmatchable, un-datable or whatever you might want to call it, some behaviors are just off putting enough to squelch an opportunity for a second date. The past year of matchmaking has been enlightening in many ways and particularly on the topic of unmatchable behaviors. This is the third blog/video post giving you my take on this problem. Yes, it is a more common occurrence than I ever thought possible.
Who knew trying to impress a date could go so horribly wrong? Be sure to watch the video below for my real life examples of this. Trying too hard OR not putting any effort into the date are both recipes for the dreaded first date disaster. Dating really does not have to be so difficult. Successful dating just takes knowing a few things that will likely derail the opportunity for another date. Wouldn’t you like to have a second chance to find out if there is a possible connection?
